About the position:

This role is responsible for delivering innovative and tailored solutions to optimize space management process and drive successful project outcomes. This role combines expertise in category management and client engagement to meet and exceed client expectations.

In this role, you will: 

• 1. Collaboration with Internal Project Teams
  • • Work closely with internal teams to align project objectives and leverage expertise in designing and implementing effective solutions.
• 2. Information Gathering and Solution Presentation
  • • Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs, define project scope, and facilitate the effective delivery of business solutions that address current challenges.
  • • Develop innovative solutions to optimize current or implement new space management processes tailored to client needs.
  • • Apply industry best practices and insights in the development of solutions.
  • • Work closely with internal teams to align project objectives and leverage expertise in designing and implementing effective solutions.
• 3. Stakeholder Coordination
  • • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, seamless communication, and successful delivery of project outcomes.
• 4. Project Communication and Impactful Presence
  • • Regularly communicate project status, identify potential risks, and provide actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
  • • Become trusted business partner by internal teams and clients.
• 5. Customer Value and Experience Enhancement
  • • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client’s needs and requirements. Assist the client identify solutions to problems they did not know they had.
  • • Continuously seek opportunities to add value, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience through proactive engagement and innovative strategies.
