Flexible Training for Category Management
By now, it’s no secret that our passion is helping organizations simplify their Category Management processes. I’ve been part of this journey for the past eight years—six as a Business Consultant and the last two as an Education Architect — and I’ve seen first-hand how tailored training transforms how companies leverage technology to reach their goals.
When I joined Cantactix, I brought experience with tools like Intercept, Spaceman, and Apollo Space Management from my time with Canadian department stores, grocery chains, and alcoholic beverage retailers. I came to Cantactix without prior experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) solutions, but that only fueled my determination to dive in and understand the software from an end user’s perspective. I quickly learned what it’s like to navigate the tools as a new user, which gave me valuable insight into the challenges and opportunities they present. That perspective has been key to helping organizations across Canada and the U.S. implement the Blue Yonder Category Management Suite. In these projects, I captured business objectives, created use cases, and trained users to master space and floor planning software confidently.
This passion for empowering users led to the creation of Cantactix University (CXU) — a dynamic online learning platform designed to expand access to training beyond live sessions. CXU ensures users can learn at their own pace and at a time that suits them. This eliminates the constraints of full-day in-person or virtual training sessions.
