About this Position:

This role is directly accountable for the development, maintenance, and delivery of education programs to customers and employees. This role ensures that education programs for Cantactix remain current, adding value to our teams and customers, while creating content for our Learning Management System. This leader will advocate for customer success, be a cross-functional leader, who pulls together stakeholders for special initiatives. Additionally, this person will identify opportunities to improve customer experience, partake in special projects and liaise with partners.

This role will also be engaged in billable projects, primarily delivering training content to customers during consulting projects and onboarding of new users to Cantactix products such as MissionControl.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience using the BlueYonder (JDA) Category Management Solutions
  • Experience delivering training to users in a group setting remotely or physically
  • Experience creating training materials and content
  • Comfortable implementing adult learning principles
  • Proven ability to present compelling, yet easy to comprehend solutions to a variety of audiences
  • Experience influencing a variety of leaders within an organization, establishing strong partnerships, and driving for customer and Cantactix success
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skill
